The role & you
Are you passionate about construction and eager to make a real impact on our community’s infrastructure? We’re looking for a dedicated individual to join our Water Project Delivery team.
As a main function of this role, you will have an understanding of the knowledge and physical abilities involved in pipelaying and the under taking of a range of critical tasks to ensure successful pipeline installations.
Key responsibilities:
We are seeking a candidate who has a sound understanding of the Water Services Association of Australia codes of construction to ensure standards are met.
It will be essential for the successful candidate to currently hold a General Construction Induction Card (White Card).

Salary: Commencing salary package range circa $60,000 to $67,000 p.a. plus superannuation. (Dependent on skills and experience.)
An allowance of $133.61 per week will also apply. (Water Allowance)
Location: Upon commencement your normal place of work will be the MidCoast Council Tuncurry Depot located at Grey Gum Road, Tuncurry. You may also be required to be based from other Council sites across the MidCoast Council region.
Tenure: Permanent, Full Time.

Responsible for undertaking manual labouring tasks as well as the opportunity to operate minor plant equipment and truck operations.

Tenure: Permanent, Full Time.

Responsible for undertaking the operation of specialised plant equipment and labouring duties within Civil construction and maintenance. This role will be working on a wide range of infrastructure such as roads, bridges and drainage.
